Hon Commisiioner of Energy, Gloria Okolugbo,Commissions the 50th DESOPADEC Project in Ndokwa/Ukwuani under Sir Kenny Okolugbo
The Commissioner representing Ndokwa nation at the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), recently celebrated the New Year with youths and women of Ndokwa/Ukwuani in his areas of control at the Board of DESOPADEC. Peoples and Staff of Ezhite Primary School, Obi-Oluku in a joyous for the new block of Classroom commissioned various projects including his 50th projects since assuming office as member representing Ndokwa nation.

Eweta Uduaghan, represented by the Honourable Commissioner for Power and Energy, Hon. Gloria Okolugbo, thanked the DESOPADEC Commissioner for his efforts in attracting various projects from DESOPADEC to his people, which according to her, will better the lives of Ndokwa people.
Projects commissioned include: a classroom block in Obiaruku, a block of Science Laboratory in Ebedei Secondary School, an admin block in Obiaruku Grammar School, Obiaruku ; making it fifty (50) projects already commissioned by Sir. Kenny Okolugbo within two years of his reign as DESOPADEC Commissioner representing Ndokwa Nation.
At the various schools visited, despite it was a weekend, the pupils, students, teachers and community members were at hand, giving thanks to the governor and the commissioner for all their efforts to develop the infrastructure of the communities.
Commenting on the achievement of Sir Kenny Okolugbo, the commissioner for Power and Energy who represented the Govermor, said it was a herculean achievement for the commissioner, but God need to be giving the glory.
Also commenting on the achievement of Sir Kenny Okolugbo, Rt Hon Victor Ochei, who was the Special Guest at the events, said he was not surprised, because Sir Okolugbo is someone who is always determined to achieve.
Sir Kenny Okolugbo, who will soon be rounding up as the commissioner representing Ndokwa at the Board of DESOPADEC, said he is grateful for the people of the Local Government Areas for always being by him.
