Delta Peace Ambassador and Environmentalist Calls for a harmonious Coexistence

Warri/Nigeria: Delta State House of Assembly hopeful, and Social Justice Crusader, Mr Sheriff Mulade, has called for a cordial relationship between the two main tribes living in Warri South West Local Government of Delta state.

Mr Mulade, made the call on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 during a media chat with journalists in Warri, Noted that if there is peace in Warri South West, there is peace in Delta State.

“As long as there is continuous disharmony between the people, in different parts of the state, like Warri South West, there will no peace in Delta, but when peace exists do to harmonious coexistence; there will be peace in the state”.

Mulade, who is contesting the Warri South West House of Assembly seat, said one of his key points if giving the opportunity, is to pursue laws that will ensure that the different elements that are living in the state, leave peacefully, as this can only be done by effective representation.

The renowned Niger Delta environmentalist and National Coordinator, Centre for Peace and Environmental Justice (CEPEJ), said that Warri South West deserves the better representation in the State Assembly come 2019.

He said that if he is elected, he will introduce education empowerment programme to attract development to his constituency.

Mr Mulade promised to use his wealth of experience garnered over the years as Community Chairman in Kokodiagbene and other position of leadership within and outside Nigeria in the much needed quality representation being yearn for by people of his constituency.

He promised that peace building, healthcare, youth development through football competition will be his top focus at the Delta State Assembly and therefore appealed for support from Stakeholders in order for him to emerge victorious at the poll.
