The president of the Ndokwa National Union (NNU), Pharm Paul Enebeli had said that the people will take full part in the forthcoming National Conference. The President of NNU stated this on a telephone interview with the www.ndokwareporters.com.

The president, who spoke on different issues and his plan for the Ndokwa people to be relevant, asserted that the people of Ndokwa are stakeholders of the country and for anything that will bring unity and better development he as the leader of them must lead them to obtain it.

Speaking further, Pharm Enebeli stressed that this time the people of Ndokwa have to make their voices heard, and the only way to do this is to work in unity to present one voice. He therefore called on all youths, market women associations and groups, all professionals from Ndokwa to attend the soon to be convocation of the Ndokwa people to chart the way forward and to prepare for the National Conference whenever the federal government decides to kick start.

The President who talked on the total negligence of the people of Ndokwa questioned the rationale for not stepping the power at Ndokwa Land despite the fact that the largest gas plant in West African is in Okpai in Ndokwa East LGA. He therefore begged that the people should shelve personal interest and come together to bring back development to the area.

The president when reminded that the Managing Director of Seplat Petroleum Development Company, in a lecture organized recently by DPR stated that the Marginal Fields in Ndokwa Land produce more than 70% of the crudes that come out from the marginal Fields into the total crude produced in Nigeria daily, he stressed that the earlier all sons and daughters in positions of authourity and are privy to such facts to make it available to the NNU to work with and in going to the National Conference raw data of what the area produces should be obtained.
