Your Blackmail on New Amnesty Boss Has Failed – Niger Delta Emancipation Group
PORT HARCOURT/Nigeria: The Niger Delta Emancipation Group has called on Nigerians to ignore the online publications saying that the Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Professor Charles Quaker Dokubo has continued to hobnob with one Ms. Tahirah Ikharo.
In a press release by the President of Niger Delta Emancipation Group, Ochuko Edevebie said the publication is an attempt to blackmail Professor Charles Quaker Dokubo for fighting corruption in the Amnesty Programme.
“Some people are out to tarnish the image of Prof Charles Dokubo as he has blocked all the loopholes of siphoning Amnesty funds so the allegation of womanizing is a proof that he has brought to bear on the activities of the Amnesty office, Edevebie said.
“His financial prudence and good ethics is one of the reasons they are disparaging Prof. Dokubo to discourage him.Prof Dokubo can never be distracted to reshape the Amnesty Programme so that it could positively impact those who are meant to be catered for.
