ASABA/Nigeria: A former Member representing the Aniocha/Oshimil Federal Constituency, and a strong contender for the Delta North Senatorial seat in the 2019 general elections Prince Ned Munir Nwoko, has felicitated with Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state, on the occasion of the grand reception organized to celebrate the Delta State governor for good governance by the Anioma nation.
Prince Nwoko, in a statement issued and personally signed by him, described Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as a man of history, a jinx breaker and iconic accomplisher who, through courage, tenacity and divine grace, emerged as the first indigene of Anioma origin to be elected governor of Delta state since its creation in 1991, adding that Okowa has, since his election, been inspirational, socio- economically dogged and Standard in his leadership outlook.
The statement, issued on Friday April 20, the eve of the grand reception slated for Saturday April 21, 2018, at the Cenotaph in Asaba, the Delta state capital, is titled: “FELICITATIONS TO GOV OKOWA A MAN OF HISTORY,” and reads thus:
“I Prince Ned Nwoko, on behalf of my Royal family, political family; friends and well wishers, heartily felicitate with His excellency the executive governor of Delta state, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa on the momentous occasion of his reception by the Anioma Nation on the 21st April, 2018.

“Through courage, tenacity and divine grace, you emerged as the first Anioma origin to be elected governor of our dear state since its creation in 1991.
