ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State Governor Aide on Media and Youth Ambassador, Amb Ossai Ovie Success has urged Federal Government to ban tankers from parking on the road side.
Ossai made this known while expresses sadness over the fire incident in Lagos where many people are feared killed, with several vehicles burnt.
According to Ossai, Alot of tankers parking on the road side has caused serious damages and has lead to lost of lives.
“The truth is that we are tired of hearing tankers explosion and lost of lives in this country.
There is need for federal government to ban tankers from parking on the road side.
Over time, we have lost lives, properties due to the nonchalant attitude of tankers drivers.
We can’t bear it no more, enough is enough, the time for federal government to ban tankers from parking on the road side is now” he said while condoling with the families of all those who lost their lives during the tanker explosion in Lagos.
