KADUNA/Nigeria: The Grand patron of Atiku Cares Foundation (ACF) and presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), HE Atiku Abubakar, GCON have approved the immediate payment of all the hospital bills, including plastic reconstructive surgery for Miss Aisha Haruna who suffered 2nd degree burns as a result of some home accident.
According to a statement signed by the spokesman to the Director-General of the Foundation, Ambassador Aliyu Bin Abbas, Okpani Jacob Onjewu Dickson, the Atiku Care Foundation got to know the news of this life threatening situation is from Daura, President Muhammadu Buhari’s home town via Facebook.
The victim, Aisha Haruna, a 13-year old orphan, who was suffering immensely from paucity of funds to facilitate treatment had been poorly taken care of at home.
The Atiku Care Foundation as part of its humanitarian gestures offered to assist in her treatment and rehabilitation.
“We are wishing her a quick and safe recovery and on our side continue to provide the necessary access for a sustainable life to all Nigerians under the esteemed leadership of Atiku Abubakar GCON Waziri Adamawa,” it stated.
Meanwhile, the foundation wished all Nigerians a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year in advance.
“We wish all Nigerians well and are optimistic that by this time next year, when Alhaji Atiku Abubakar becomes President, we would celebrate better in a robust economy,” it added.
