OBIARUKU/Nigeria: Deputy Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC in Delta State, Evang. Ossai Abeh, has called for peaceful coexistence among Deltans and Nigerians in 2019, even as he urged Deltans to prepare to vote massively for APC so as to liberates the state from the strangulation of PDP government.
Ossai in a New Year Message, appealed to Deltans to avoid divisive tendencies and work collectively to ensure that they vote APC to power in the state saying; “This is an election year. We should allow peace to reign in all parts of the state during and after the elections. Let us vote massively for Chief Great Ogboru as he has what it takes to reposition the state for development.”
According to him, the new year ushers in better prospects for a greater Delta and as well provides ample opportunities for all Nigerians to garner a better life, noting that this year is laden with opportunities.
He said; “2019 is a year of decision making, we should use our votes to elect credible and result oriented candidates, hence we must be wise with our votes. It is a year that demands a higher level of understanding.”
“Let me express gratitude to God for ushering us into the New Year in good health. I want to advise our people to maintain the prevailing peace and harmony in our dear state. This is a year of freedom, no sacrifice is too much to make to free our state. We do not have other state to call our own and therefore, we must do everything possible to elect new crop of leaders in our state.”
He added that the APC government will offer Deltans new lease of live saying the vision and mission are captured in his inspirational mantra and manifesto entitled, “Delta Liberation 2019.”
