Ndokwa Youths Declare For PDP, President, Jonathan

Youths in Ndokwa East Local Government Area Under the auspices of Ndokwa East Youths Association (NEYA) have declared their total support for the Peoples Democratic party (PDP) and for the re- election bid of president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan respectively. The secretary to the group, comrade Lucky Chibogu while making the declaration, explained that their decision to support PDP stemmed from the outcome of the Association executive members meeting late October this year. Comrade Chibogu added that having observed the trend of political activities in the country, and in Delta State, the Youths leaders deemed it safer and more democratic to queue behind the winning team.
He pointed out further that another reason behind their declaration for PDP was tapped from the fact that majority of the candidates of the political party for the October 25,  2014 local Government Elections were youths, thereby, described the situation as a great pride to the youths in the area. The Ndokwa East Youths, Comr. Chibogu requested youths of other Ethnic Nationalizes across the country to throw their support behind the ruling People’s Democratic part in the struggles to actualize the election of President Goodluck Jonathan for another tenure of four years.
He highlighted on the sound legacy of President Jonathan’s first tenure saying “Having analyzed the trend of our national politics, we want to enjoin other youths bodies in Nigeria to support the second tenure project of President Goodluck Jonathan for the huge development achievement he recorded in his transformation agenda, “we are pleading with other Nigerians to support him for this reason as he has lined up Good programmes and policies for the economy. The way he has led us so far, we are seeing development, the economy is improving, we are seeing what we have not seen before, we want him to continue with his transformation agenda. We want Him to rule us again because he has better programmes and projects driving towards transformation of Nigerians”
