Two Officers of the Federal Road Safety Commission had been promoted to a higher rank. The Officer in-charge of Operation E. Efiong while speaking at the occasion commended the Officers and reminded them the unit is proud of them out of the many that went for the promotional interview, the unit was able to have two of them being decorated with their new ranks. The Officers are R. O. Ezejigbo and Ezebuike F. A. While speaking the unit commander, B. C. Ojialor told the two Marshals to realize that with the promotion new and higher Responsibility.
At the occasion, their recitation was read, afterwards they were decorated by the unit Commander who was assisted by two other Marshals.
The two marshals who spoke to Ndokwa reporters after the event where very happy and thanked the agency for giving them the opportunity to serve and for the new promotion.
Earlier, Marshal Ezejigbo R. O. spoke on behalf of the two and promised to keep the order in the agency.
… Marshal B C Ojialor, the unit commander in charge of Umutu-Ebedei Unit has advised that road users plying the busy Agbor-Sapele Highway to be safety consciousthis season.
The federal Road Unit at Umutu-Ebedei has advised road users to be safety conscious this festive period. The unit Commander, Marshal B.C. Ojialor spoke to our correspondent in her office. According to her, on their part they will continue to carry out road enlightment campaign on the need to be conscious of other road users. She ask motorists, keke riders, Okada riders and others that use the road to remember that as the festive period approaches the pressure on the road will increase.
On the Intersection at Umutu and Various point along, the road, especially (Amai Junction, Obiaruku and at Abraka, the Commander says that they will increase their patrol in these hot spots, while advising road users of the busy nature of the intersection and the need to be alert before crossing
