
ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated His Royal Majesty, Major General Felix Mujakperuo (Rtd), Orhue I, CFR, mni, the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom, on the celebration of his 19th coronation anniversary.
In a statement issued on Tuesday by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, Governor Oborevwori praised the Orodje for his forthrightness, wisdom, and exemplary leadership, describing his reign as impactful and far-reaching across Delta State.
He commended the royal father’s role as a statesman and unifying figure, not just within the Okpe Kingdom but throughout the state, where he also serves as Chairman of the Delta State Council of Traditional Rulers.
The Governor prayed for the monarch’s continued good health and divine guidance, wishing him many more years of peace and progress on the ancient throne.
“Congratulations. Umogu! Umogu!! Umogu!!! Wu ne su to!” Oborevwori declared in a tribute, honouring the Orodje’s enduring influence and legacy since ascending the throne in 2006.
