EFFURUN/Nigeria: Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Community Development, Dr. Patrick Ighomrore, has congratulated Chief (Senator) Dr. Ighoyota Amori, the Chief Adviser to the Governor, on his 73rd birthday, describing him as an outstanding statesman and a pillar of Delta politics.
