ASABA/Nigeria: The Senator representing Delta North Senatorial District, Senator Ned Munir Nwoko, has felicitated with the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, Elder (Engr.) Omeni Sobotie, on the occasion of his birthday.
