ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on Sunday, extended heartfelt condolences to former Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Dele Joseph Ezeoba (Rtd.), on the passing of his father, Chief Raphael Odiaka Ezeoba.
In a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the governor described the late Chief Raphael Ezeoba as a respected community leader whose life was marked by service, discipline, and integrity.
Governor Oborevwori noted that the values upheld by the late patriarch were reflected in the exemplary career and achievements of Admiral Ezeoba, emphasizing that his demise represents a significant loss to the family, the Ibusa community, and Delta State as a whole.
While praying for the peaceful repose of Chief Ezeoba’s soul, the governor encouraged the family to take comfort in the impactful and fulfilled life he led. He also extended condolences to Admiral Ezeoba, the entire Ezeoba family, and the people of Ibusa community.
