ASABA/Nigeria: The Chairman of the Delta State Board of Internal Revenue Service (DBIRS), Hon. Solomon Ighrakpata, has extended warm felicitations to the State Deputy Governor, Sir Monday Onyeme, PhD, as he marks his 61st birthday today, March 30, 2026.
In a congratulatory message issued in Asaba, Hon. Ighrakpata, a former Deputy Chief Whip of the Delta State House of Assembly, described his predecessor in office as a visionary leader whose professional and political trajectory remains a benchmark for excellence in public service.
The IRS Chief noted that following in the footsteps of Sir Onyeme at the Revenue Board has provided him with a unique vantage point to appreciate the high standards of integrity and strategic innovation the Deputy Governor established during his tenure as Chairman.
