OGWASHI UKU/Nigeria: Olorogun Kenneth Gbaggi is set to receive a Fellowship Award amongst other distinguished Deltans from the Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku. The award which is the highest award giving by Polytechnics to distinguished personalities is billed to take place on Saturday 12 October, 2019. Kenneth Gbaggi who was selected based on his genuine business acumen and impeccable character will be decorated during the combined 2nd convocation ceremony of the institution. The Delta Central Business Mogul and the likely most favoured Governorship aspirant from Delta Central for 2023 Gubernatorial race was selected based on his clean records in business and politics.The occasion which will feature the the Visitor to the Polytechnic and Kenneth Gbaggi’s Political Boss, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa will attract different dignitaries from every nook and cranny of the country and in the diaspora. According to a member of the Convocation Committee who preferred to be treated anonymous, said that when Gbaggi’s name was mentioned for the award, all the committee members supported it saying that Olorogun Gbaggi is a renowed business man and a Politician to the core. In her words “I grew up to be hearing of Gbaggi’s name in the business circle. The man has different companies and establishments especially hotels which have provided employment to thousands of Nigerians and foreigners. Apart from that, the man is clean from hair to toe when you talk of corruption”. The Polytechnics Award of Fellowship is equivalent to t Honorary Doctorate Degree Awards giving by Universities during Convocation Ceremonies.
