EFFURUN/Nigeria: Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Community Development, Dr. Patrick Ighomrore, has congratulated Chief Ighoyota Amori on his inauguration as the Chief Adviser to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
