Candidates taking the test in College of Education Center Warri

WARRI/Nigeria: Over 1300 candidates participated in the 2022 Delta State Teachers’ recruitment examination exercise in College of Education Center Warri, Warri South Local Government Area, Delta State.
The examination which commenced at exactly 10am and 1pm respectively, had candidates accredited and given a password that enables them open the computer system to prevent impersonation.
The first and second sessions began on time despite the rain and candidates received their results immediately after the test, which they will printout and take to the interview.
Speaking to newsmen, Dr Godwin Edozie, the SSA to the Governor on Education monitoring said that the Delta State Government has left us with a legacy to sustain because the process is novel to the state and, this exercise is the fourth
Dr. Edozie, stated that the Help Desk of the exercise helped candidates with various challenges like wrong centers, wrong data capture, and those who didn’t receive emails due to wrong information when processing their application forms.
He also said the Warri Center is made up of seven local government areas and being the centre for Special Needs candidates, special provisions were made for physically challenged candidates.
Two physically challenged candidates took part in the test. Miss Enakerakpo Akpojewve, physically challenged and Edirin Eddisson, visually impaired candidate. Edirin was given a reader from Post Primary Education Board because the examination didn’t have the app for him to write the examination.
Some of the candidates, Mrs Ogbiku Esther and Mr Ochuko Umukoro who spoke to our newsmen after writing the test, commended the Delta State Government for the exercise saying it went smoothly without any hitch and getting their results immediately will give everyone a fair chance in getting the job
The exercise which started yesterday, concluded today with Economics Guidance and Counseling, Further Mathematics, Geography and Information Technology Test.
