ABUJA/Nigeria: Senator Ede Dafinone, representing Delta Central Senatorial District, has congratulated former Governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, CON, on his 71st birthday, describing him as a visionary leader whose legacy continues to shape Delta’s development and political stability.
