OSLO/Norway: The Global Director of Atiku Diaspora Network, a resident of Oslo, Norway, Mrs. Grace Okagbare has called on Nigerians resident in Diaspora to support Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the PDP Presidential candidate, in 2019 presidential election.
She made this clarion call at a one-day seminar, organised by the
People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Norway Chapter in conjunction with the Atiku Diaspora Network held on Friday November 10, 2018 at Furuset Bibliotek og Aktivitetshus. Furuset senter Oslo.
Mrs Okagbare, an astute politician and older sister to Africa Queen of the tracks, has been at the forefront of propagating the ideals of His Excellency, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, even before he clinched the People’s Democratic Party Presidential ticket. She advised Nigerians in Diaspora to join forces with their families and friends back home in Nigeria in support of Atiku Abubakar. The priority for everyone home or abroad should be to “get Nigeria working again.” She intoned.
The chairman of the People’s Democratic Party,(PDP), Norway Chapter, Chief Dr. Ahamafula Adom call on all Nigerians in Scandinavia irrespective of their political side to work together with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to help get Nigeria working again.
He said Atiku Abubakar has promised to run an all-inclusive Government devoid of tribal or religious sentiments if voted into office. He also promised 40 percent of his cabinet would consist of women and youths.
Amongst other prominent and dedicated political influencers, in the meeting was the PDP Women leader, Norway chapter, Lolo Juliet Okparaebo, Mr Nnamdi Henry Agwumaro (PRO) and Mrs Rosemary Sundbakken (Director of Finance Atiku Diaspora Network).
Mrs Okagbare promised to do all within her capacity to ensure the ambition of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar comes to reality at the end of the 2019 general elections.
