ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State Governor Aide on Media Mr Ossai Ovie Success has said that the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Great Ogboru will be defeated by the incumbent Governor Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) come 2019 governorship election in his Local Government.
