2020 Easter: COVID-19 Lockdown Will be Over Soon- Warri Fed Law Tells Constituents …Celebrate at Your Homes

WARRI/Nigeria: Warri Federal constituents had been admonished to have hope, and celebrate the Easter at home, as the lockdown declared in the state will soon be over.

The assurance was given by the Federal Lawmaker representing Warri Federal Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Chief Thomas Ereyitomi, JP in his Easter message to the people of Warri South, Warri North and Warri South-West local government areas.

He tasked them to celebrate the 2020 Easter at their various homes due to the ravaging pandemic of the Coronavirus, saying that there is hope for the people as they celebrate the resurrection Power of Jesus Christ.

Chief Ereyitomi congratulated all Christian in Warri federal constituency where he is representing at the National Assembly as they celebrate Jesus Christ resurrection which will signify end to the pandemic the world is battling as it affects all aspect of human lives and economy, urging Christians to pray more this season for God intervention to wipe away the coronavirus pandemic.

Rep. Ereyitomi reiterated that the sit at home order issued by the Delta State government and other parts of the country by federal government is to mitigate the spread of the virus, he as well appealed to his constituents to obey and apply precautionary measures such as hand washing with the use of sanitisers, maintaining social distancing, no hugging, no handshaking among others.

The Warri federal parliamentarian opined that the COVID-19 lockdown will be over soon as Christians in Warri join their counterpart in the world to pray against the disease it will not have dwelling place with the people.

Chief Ereyitomi wished Christians especially those in Warri Federal Constituency a happy Easter celebration as it will usher in new things and more development to the Warri Federal Constituency.
