PATANI/Nigeria: The Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) local government election campaign team, led by the State Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, on Tuesday visited Patani Local Government Area to canvass for votes for the Chairmanship and Councillorship candidates of the party ahead of the January 2018 local government election in Delta State.
During the ceremony, Team Ibori for Okowa 2019 led by the State Coordinator, Hon. Edmond Guanah, welcomed the Governor to Patani LGA and gave it’s full support to the PDP Chairmanship candidate for the election, Barr Perez Omoun, at the flag off at Opukabu Primary School.
Speaking with pressmen at the venue of the event, Hon. Guanah assured the state Governor that Patani Local Government Area come January 6th 2018 will deliver Bar. Perez Omoun 100 per cent and will do the same for the Governor in 2019 because Patani is PDP 100 per cent.
He advised those in positions of authority such as Commissioners and other political appointees to try and do some developmental projects in their various wards and communities to support Senator Okowa’s government.
