ASABA/Nigeria: Comrade John Ikechukwu Ozegbe has celebrated Hon. Charles Emetulu, the member representing Ndokwa West Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, on his 60th birthday, acknowledging his role in the legislature and his stated commitment to education and human capital development.
In a birthday message signed by Comrade John Ikechukwu Ozegbe on behalf of himself and his family, he congratulated Emetulu, who chairs the House Committee on Education, and prayed for his continued strength and wisdom to serve his constituency and humanity.
