The Executive Chairman, Ndokwa West Local Government Area, Barr Ifeanyi Chris Osakwe has told the people of the LGA to be patience with his government, as they wait to see to the transformation of the council area.
The LGA boss gave this directive when the Management of Ndokwa Reporters paid him a courtesy call in his office recently.
According to the Mr Osakwe, the new government inherited a system that was virtually dead at the council where facilities were not functioning for years and for the people to get service from the council the Local Government Secretariat will need to be first restored to handle government activities effectively.
Speaking further, he called on all people of the council area to join hand to restore the council to an enviable state.
Speaking earlier, the Publisher and Chief Executive officer of Ndokwa Reporters Newspaper Mr Emmanuel Enebeli has inform the Chairman that the visit was to welcome him to his new office and wished him success in transforming Ndokwa West council area to an economic hub in Delta State.
The high light of the visit was the presentation of copies of Ndokwa Reporters Newspaper to the Chairman.
