ABUJA/Nigeria: Senator Ede Dafinone, representing Delta Central Senatorial District, has congratulated Emmanuel Ekemejewa Sideso Abe I, the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom, on the twin celebration of his 18th coronation anniversary and the formal launch of his biography, Odyssey of Royalty: The Reign of Abe I, Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom, describing the milestone as a testament to purposeful royal leadership.

In a goodwill message, the lawmaker said the double celebration reflects a reign distinguished by wisdom, dignity and a steadfast commitment to the well-being of the Uvwie people, noting that the monarch’s leadership has fostered unity, stability and sustained development across the kingdom over the past eighteen years.

Dafinone particularly commended the royal father’s service as Chairman of the Council of Urhobo Traditional Rulers, stating that his influence has helped strengthen peace not only within his domain but across the wider Urhobo nation. He described the stability enjoyed in the kingdom as the foundation for its visible progress and social harmony.

The senator prayed for continued divine protection, sound health and wisdom for the monarch, expressing confidence that his reign would continue to inspire future generations and advance the prosperity of the kingdom. He concluded by reaffirming the pride of the people of Delta Central in the monarch’s leadership and enduring legacy.
