
ASABA/Nigeria: Former Senator representing Delta South Senatorial District, Senator James Ebiowou Manager, CON, marked his 66th birthday on Wednesday, drawing tributes from political associates and admirers, with Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, describing him as a statesman whose years of public service have left a lasting impact on the state and the nation.
In a goodwill message issued through his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the governor commended Manager’s contributions to democratic governance, peace and the socio-economic development of Delta State.
Oborevwori said the former senator had built a distinguished political career through years of dedicated service, noting that his experience, loyalty and commitment to public office have earned him respect within and beyond the state.
According to the governor, Manager’s tenure in the National Assembly was marked by meaningful legislative contributions and sustained efforts towards advancing the interests of Delta State and the country.
He added that the former lawmaker’s leadership and wealth of political experience continue to serve as a source of inspiration to younger generations of public office holders.
