ASABA/Nigeria: Hon. Jude Ogbimi has described the 67th birthday of former Delta State Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, CON, as a fitting moment to celebrate a leader whose years in office were dedicated to public service and the advancement of Delta State.
According to Ogbimi, the former governor’s commitment to governance and the welfare of the people earned him respect across political divides and left enduring lessons in leadership.
He said Okowa’s contributions to the state’s political and socio-economic development would remain part of Delta’s history and continue to inspire emerging leaders.
