EFFURUN/Nigeria: The Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Community Development, Dr. Patrick Ighomrore, has said former Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, CON, remains a source of inspiration to many through his years of service in government.
Ighomrore, in a congratulatory message marking Okowa’s 67th birthday, said the former governor’s leadership was characterised by dedication, humility and a commitment to community development.
He observed that Okowa’s contributions to governance and public administration continue to influence many young leaders and public office holders across the state.
He wished the former governor continued good health, divine wisdom and many more years of impactful service to humanity.
