NIPR Delta Congratulates Badejo-Okusanya Family as Oyinkansola Emerges NBA President

ASABA/Nigeria: The Delta State Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) has congratulated Mrs. Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya, SAN, on her election as President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), describing her emergence as a reflection of the confidence reposed in her leadership and professional credentials by members of the legal profession.

In a statement signed by the Chairman of the chapter, Godfrey C. Osakwe, fnipr, the institute also congratulated veteran public relations practitioner, Chief Yomi Badejo-Okusanya, fnipr, and the entire Badejo-Okusanya family, saying the development was a moment of pride not only for the family but also for the public relations community.

The chapter noted that Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya’s election represents an important milestone for the Nigerian Bar Association and expressed confidence in her ability to provide purposeful leadership while advancing the ideals and objectives of the association.

According to the statement, her victory was earned through years of professional excellence, dedication to the legal profession and commitment to public service, qualities it said inspired the overwhelming support she received from members of the Bar.

The NIPR Delta Chapter further observed that the achievement also reflects the values of integrity, professionalism and excellence for which the Badejo-Okusanya family has become widely known, adding that Chief Yomi Badejo-Okusanya has continued to make significant contributions to the growth and development of the public relations profession in Nigeria.

While celebrating the historic feat, the institute expressed optimism that the new NBA President would use her wealth of experience to strengthen the association, promote reforms where necessary and advance the cause of justice and the rule of law.

The chapter prayed for wisdom, good health and divine guidance for Mrs. Badejo-Okusanya as she begins her tenure, expressing confidence that her leadership would leave a lasting impact on both the legal profession and the country.
