ASABA/Nigeria: Asaba is set to become a meeting point for artists, writers, performers and lovers of indigenous culture as the 3rd Indigenous Art Festival prepares to take place later this month.
The festival, scheduled for September 25 to 27 at the Indigenous Cultural Centre, Delta State Film Village, Anwai, Asaba, will feature poetry, drama, exhibitions and other creative expressions.
Organisers have announced “The Echoes of Silence” as the theme for this year’s festival, which is expected to provide a platform for artists to explore contemporary issues through indigenous creative expression.
