Edo State, Nigeria: A multi-business owner, Mr Thomas Okiliua, has been dragged to take oath in Adofi Shrine at the palace of the Obi of Ejeme-Unor as a result of the involvement of the children in the act of homosexuality.
The businessman who hails from Uromi, in Edo state, with five children residing in Canada was dragged to take the oath of Adofi Shrine in the palace of Obi of Ejeme-Unor by the Esan community in Abuja and Uromi as a result of his children’s involvement in homosexual activities, which is highly forbidding by the Uromi tradition and culture

The children whose names are Osaremen Okiliua, (daughter), Eromonsele Okiliua, (son), Thomas Osaghele Okiliua, (Son), Oseyi Okiliua (daughter), were petitioned by some prominent Nigerians on the activities of his children.
Because of the assumed activities of the children, the life of Mr Okiliua had been under threat, if he did not perform the necessary acts to appease the gods.
To avert the wrought of the gods according to our source, Mr Thomas Okiliua has assured the Esan community in Uromi and Abuja of his willingness to bring his children back home, which accordingly made him to eat the native kolanut before the shrine and drank palm wine on October 9, 2015 at about 2.05pm, Nigeria time, signifying his assurance to comply with the directive and instruction of his Royal Highness, Obi Godwin Nzemeke.
Continuing, our source, said the traditional oath taking is expected to ensure that the two daughters involved in the act will be brought home to the palace for the necessary circumcision, which was not done when they were infants, and tradition believes that is while they are involved in same-sex activities.
