PORT HARCOURT/Nigeria: In a fiercely competitive pageant held at the GRA Port Harcourt’s Beverly Hills Holiday Resort on December 17th, 2023, HRM Chinonyerem Eshikalam was officially declared the Adandiigbo 2023.
The event, marked by enthusiasm and anticipation, saw Eshikalam, a Medical Laboratory Science student at Rivers State University and a native of Ehime Mbano in Imo State, rise to claim the prestigious title.
Eshikalam, amid cheers and applause, pledged to elevate the charitable initiatives of the Adandiigbo organization and emphasized her commitment to fostering unity among ethnic nationalities throughout her tenure. She issued a call to individuals and institutions globally, urging those with benevolent inclinations to join forces in making a meaningful impact on the world.
For the season 19, themed “Jisie Obi Ike” (meaning “Put your heart into it”), Eshikalam unveiled her council members, a team poised to realize the goals of her reign. Among them are Chinaza Ohanyerem Ulundiigbo, Ifeoma Anieke AdaAnambra, Onyinye Nweke AdaEnugu, Chizoba Uzoma AdaAbia, Chinenyenwa Ugochukwu Adaimo, along with representatives from Ebonyi, Delta, and Rivers States. Together, they aim to steer the Adandiigbo organization toward impactful endeavors, uniting hearts and transcending boundaries for a better tomorrow.
