Hon Ossai Ossai and Hon Ochor Ochor Arriving the Delta North PDP Meeting, held at Obiaruku
Obiaruku: The members of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), have been tasked on unity as the election year of 2019 gradually approaches.
The call was made by a chieftain of the party, and member representing the Ndokwa/Ukwuani Federal Constituency in the House of Representative, Hon Ossai Nicolas Ossai recently at the meeting of Delta North Senatorial District of the party, held in Obiaruku, Ukwuani LGA, Delta State.

Hon Ossai told the party faithfuls, which had many of the party leaders from the zone, including the Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa in attendance, that crises is not inevitable in any association and groups of men, but how the crises is resolved should be paramount.

While making reference to the crises in some of the LGA in the zone, he called for reconciliation of members who are aggrieved, through the mechanism of reconciliation committees in the troubled areas.
According to him, making reverences to the word of Jesus in the scripture, he called on all to do good deed to everyone, and forgive each other, as forgiveness is always done on behalf of God who is in heaven, asking the leaders to plead with the aggrieved, to bring the needed unity in the party.
Hon Ossai tasked the other eight LGA from the area to borrow the strategy of the Aniocha South, and ensure that reconciliation is done as it is necessary, and will go a long way to help the governor who is from the area.
According to him, “This will be necessary to foster togetherness, among the party members by 2019, and also help promote the policies of the governor.” He said.
He also used the occasion to thank the governor for his development strides in the state, especially in his empowerment policies.
