Anambra NOA Boss to Nigerians: Be Part of Electoral Process, It’s Your Duty

The National Orientation Agency NOA has called on eligible Nigerians to consider it a point of duty to participate in the electoral process of the country.

The Director of the agency in Anambra state, Barr Charles Nworji made the call while interacting with newsmen in Awka in view of the recent election timetable and activities released by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

According to Barr. Nworji, the NOA will continue in its role of educating the populace on what their role is in the electoral activities lined up ahead of the 2019 general elections, which include getting registered as an eligible voter, and going out to vote in an election exercise.

Barr Nworji said the agency had in addition to its functions key into the federal government program tagged “building a people of peace” which is aimed at ensuring communal and inter ethnic dialogue to peaceful co existence in Anambra state as well as the country at large.

The NOA director in Anambra state while reiterating the agency’s resolve towards continuous orientation of the people about government policies and programs, however appealed to the Anambra state government to assist them with operational vehicles and other logistics to strengthen their operations in the area.

Barr Nworji who called on the people to own government projects in their communities harped on the need to promote made in Anambra products and goods as it will go a long way to encourage self sufficiency, entrepreneurship, technological advancement as well as improve the GDP of the country at large.
