APC Presidential Aspirant Underscores Importance Of Revamping The Economy

ASABA/Nigeria: The need for electorates to vote for a leader that would articulate policies and effective blue print geared towards fostering the unity and corporate existence of the nation as well as strengthen the deteriorating economy has been stressed.

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, and the National Coordinator of Buhari Must Rule Again which he championed in 2018 and 2019, Mr. Kwalekeme Cletus stated this in Asaba while fielding questions from newsmen on his presidential ambition.

He said that his administration would provide massive employment for teeming youths in the country, noting that his government if elected would tackle poverty.

Mr. Kwalekeme Cletus, who described his presidential ambition as a devine project narrated how God revealed to him that was going to the next president of Nigeria and that when his ambition was actualised he would build a new Nigeria through his party, the APC.

He identified Empowerment and job creation for youths as one one the solutions to insecurity in the country, adding that he would make Nigeria reclaim Its lost glory  even as he advocated that  there should be more compensation for the oil producing communities.

The Presidential hopeful, who hails from Tamingbe in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, said that it was important for technocrat to participate in political and aspire for leadership positions for the purpose of effective representation and good governance.

He said that he would run a country where there would be peaceful coexistence among Christians and Muslims, saying that all religions were important and there should be no discrimination among them for the overall benefits of the country.

Mr. Kwalekeme Cletus explained that for Nigeria’s economy to grow such that the value of the naira would increase, there was need to increase the level of export of products to other countries in order to increase our foreign earnings.

He said that that over 80% of the nation’s crude Oil proceeds were being siphoned through illegal oil refineries , popularly known as ‘Oil Bunkering’ , stressing that no single crude oil should not be taken anywhere for refining rather the refinaries in the country should be functional.
