ABUJA/Nigeria: Senator Ede Dafinone has celebrated former Minister of Information and respected elder statesman, Professor Sam Oyovbaire, on his 84th birthday, describing him as a towering figure of wisdom, integrity, and public service.
In a goodwill message issued on Sunday, Senator Dafinone, speaking on behalf of the Dafinone family and the people of Delta Central Senatorial District, extolled the distinguished Okakuro of the Okpe Kingdom for his lifelong commitment to nation-building and principled leadership.
