Azuka and Ify Foundation Extends Year-End Aid to Over 800 Vulnerable Individuals Across Nigeria

ASABA/Nigeria: In a heartwarming display of goodwill, the Azuka and Ify Foundation, a non-governmental organization based in the USA, undertook a significant humanitarian initiative benefiting more than 800 individuals in select towns and villages across Nigeria.

The endeavour, led by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Victor Azuka Ubani, aligned with the organization’s core principles and the spirit of the festive season.

The beneficiaries, encompassing orphanages, widows, the physically challenged, and the elderly, were the focal points of this generous outreach. Cash and essential food items, including rice, beans, tubers of yam, onions, and tomatoes, among others, were distributed to these communities.

Dr. Victor Azuka Ubani, accompanied by his wife, Dr. (Mrs.) Joy Ifeyinwa Ubani, the founders of the Azuka and Ify Foundation, personally oversaw the distribution of the aid across multiple locations. These sites included Obiaruku, Emuhu, Igbodo, and Owa Alizomor in Delta State, as well as centers in Lagos State and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Expressing his sentiments during the visits, Dr. Ubani acknowledged the challenges faced by these marginalized groups and emphasized the significance of lending support during such occasions, aligning with the charitable ethos of the season. He highlighted that the act of distributing cash and food items had become an annual tradition for the foundation, emphasizing its longstanding commitment to aiding those in dire need.

Dr. Ubani, hailing from Igbodo in Delta State, extended appreciation to his wife, Dr. (Mrs.) Joy Ifeyinwa Ubani, recognizing her unwavering dedication to reaching out to the vulnerable segments of society.

Dr. (Mrs.) Joy Ifeyinwa Ubani offered words of encouragement to the beneficiaries, urging them to lean on their faith for solutions to life’s challenges, emphasizing the sufficiency of divine grace in overcoming obstacles.

Grateful beneficiaries, including Mrs. Ejime Onyenelue, Mrs. Flora Uwakina, Mr. Emmanuel (Obiaruku), Madam Adagbo Rose (Igbodo), Mr. James Ogwu (Emuhu), and Mrs. Iku Nkechi (Owa Alizomor), expressed deep appreciation to the Azuka and Ify Foundation for their generosity. They emphasized the critical nature of this aid amidst Nigeria’s pervasive poverty and economic hardships, while also requesting sustained support.

The beneficiaries extended prayers of gratitude to the foundation and its founders for providing them with sustenance during the festive period. Each center reverberated with expressions of thanks, accompanied by praise, worship, Bible readings, prayers, and celebratory dance, showcasing a vibrant spirit of unity and gratitude among the recipients.
