Mr. Monday Ojugbeli has called the Vigilante groups in Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta Sate to be united and form a formidable force against criminals terrorizing the residents in the area.
Mr. Ojugbeli made the call while chatting with our correspondent at Obiaruku, headquarters of Ukwuani local government area of the state, recently.
According to him, “I wish to urge all the vigilante groups in the local government to know their relevant functions and primary objectives. Saying that as a vigilante group you should be up and doing, and ensure that you spread out your drag-nets in purging all the strong holes as well as tracking down all the criminals in the local government area’’
“It is a task that you must do and it is a task you have volunteered to do, so do it with every commitment because the entire local government is strongly counting on you”.
Speaking further, Mr. Ojugbeli stated that “the people need peace as they want to sleep with their two eyes closed, I appealed to you to put all your strategies in place in ensuring that all crimes and criminal in the area are wiped out”.
