ASABA/Nigeria: The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has extended heartfelt wishes for continued joy, peace, and celebration to the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyichukwu Arthur Okowa CON, on the occasion of his 65th birthday today, July 8, 2024.
