ASABA/Nigeria: The Deputy Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Ochor Christopher Ochor had congratulated the former Governor, Chief James Onanefe Ibori as he turn 63 years old, today August 4, 2021.
The Deputy Speaker, in a Press Statement by his Press Secretary, Mr. Emmanuel Enebeli, described the former governor as a leader with big heart, motivator and a mobiliser of persons and resources.
He pointed out that these qualities were demonstrated throughout his time as a governor, and as a leader within the family of the People Democratic Party, PDP, as he pulled others to work for the development of the state.
“Sir you are a leader with a big heart, motivator, and mobiliser of persons and resources.”
“Your strength to show leadership had always been demonstrated in and out of government, especially in pulling our dear party, PDP in the state together.”
