EFFURUN/Nigeria: Bishop Ufuah of Rhema Place Ministries Church, DDPA in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State has admonished Christians to persevere and be consistent in their pursuit of their ambitions.
The Bishop gave this charge during a prayer conference service at the church auditorium with the theme, ”The Finger of God”.
Bishop Ufuah, who took his sermon from Genesis 29 verse 19, stated that Christians should persevere and be consistent in all their activities, adding that no good thing comes easy but with hard work and determination.
He stressed that “nobody is a failure, it is only when you fall and refuse to rise that makes you a failure”, adding that “when temptations and challenges befall us, the finger of God will fight for us.”
The Bishop urged Christians to be prayerful, even as they persevere and remain consistent in their pursuits while trusting God to see them through the turbulence of life.
The high point of the service was the receiving of Holy Communion by members of the church.
