Mr. Anagiya, a graduate of Business Administration and Management from the Delta State Polytechnic Otefe Oghara, Delta State haven spent over a decade in coaching children in reading and writing classes before venturing into other areas said he discovered that most adults, who can write, hardly produce good handwriting that can be read, as most of them write the “A” Alphabet poorly, because they do not have the ability to make good use of curves and lines as required, which made him to put ten symbols together which include four strokes (lines) four curves (semi-cycle) A Dot and other ingredients or tools for the formation of English alphabets.
The Author who also started his elementary schools at Idjerhe primary school Jesse town before preceding to Udurhie primary school, Oghareki and Oghareki Grammar school respectively all in Ethiope West Local Government Area, added that the essence of the book is to give the learner a practical sense of involvement and to avoid a cruel colonial method of education which just presented the English alphabet and asking the children to write the alphabet the way they were presented without knowing anything about their formation.
