
ABUJA/Nigeria: Former Delta State Commissioner and 2023 governorship aspirant, Chief Braduce Angozi, (PhD), has extended warm birthday wishes to the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, on the occasion of his 66th birthday, describing him as a selfless leader whose contributions to the development of Delta State will stand the test of time.
In a goodwill message personally signed and released on Monday, Chief Angozi said Okowa’s birthday marks not just another year in life, but a celebration of a remarkable journey of leadership, vision, and public service.
