Celebrating a Life Well-Lived: Ifyone Reflects on Her Mother’s Virtue and Legacy

KWALE/Nigeria: On June 17, 2023, Ifyone Ada Ndokwa, a prominent political figure, bid a heartfelt farewell to her mother, the late Mrs. Janet Amede Ejechi (OFASHI). The funeral service took place at No.8 Udome Ossai Lane, off Udoaka Street, Umusadege, Utagba Ogbe, Kwale, Delta State. Following the burial, a vibrant reception was held at Owesei Primary School in Umusadege, Umusadege Ogbe, Kwale, Delta State. Renowned musicians from the Ndokwa community graced the occasion, showcasing their exceptional talents to pay tribute to the late matriarch.

People from various countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and others, gathered to join Ifyone Ada Ndokwa in celebrating her mother’s life. Ifyone Ada Ndokwa expressed deep admiration for her mother, emphasizing her industrious nature and the significant impact she had on many individuals.

Among the distinguished guests in attendance were Lion Sir Monday Onyeme, the Deputy Governor of Delta; Honorable Prince Emeka Osumuta, who represents Ndokwa East in the Delta State House of Assembly; Honorable Ifeayi Osakwe; Honorable Igwe Dubai; Prince Nwa Orie; Bar Sam Chukwuji; esteemed chiefs from the Ndokwa nation; the Ada Ndokwa Foundations, and many others.

The burial ceremony was a remarkable spectacle, featuring electrifying performances by Captain Danis Abamba, Young Amoni King, and other musicians, captivating the audience and immersing them in the celebration of the life of Mrs. Janet Amede Ejechi.
