Clergy Man Advocates Strong Need To Embrace, Fear God

OKPANAM/Nigeria: People from all walks of life have been admonished to live their lives with the fear of God.

A renowned man of God and Coordinator, Okpanam Believers, Pastor Emmanuel Asoya, gave the advice in his country home, Okpanam, Oshimili North Local Government Area.

Pastor Asoya, who stressed the need for  every individual, especially youths to contribute meaningfully to the upliftment of the society, urged them to desist from indulging in vices such as cultism and drug abuse  that could jeopardise their future.

While expressing his displeasure with what he termed ‘ unnecessary extortions ‘ by the authorities of the Benin Electricity Distribution Company  by asking electricity consumers in Okpanam to pay the sum of two thousand naira for wires, Pastor Asoya noted that it was unfair to bill them them outrageously , just as he berated them for  rendering poor services to consumers in the area.

The revered man of God , called on youths in the area to abstain from the habit of squandering the proceeds from their land resources and channel such monies into the development of their various quarters.

Pastor Asoya, who advocated the strong need for the immediate replacement of the burnt transformer at Ogbeozoma axis of the community to enable residents of the area access electricity supply, adding that the people of the area had been without light for over two years now.
