A legend, late Madam Rebecca D.C Amaliri founder and Matron G.B.I Orphanage and children centre Ebedei in Ukwuani Local Government Area of Delta State, has been laid to rest.
More than 300 Mourners, including prominent Chiefs. Top politicians, the wife of the Transition Committee Chairman Ukwuani Local Government, Mrs. Anna Ochor, business men and women from the state and Diaspora attend the burial ceremony at Ebedei, Delta State.
Madam Rebecca Amaliri died on December 20, 2013 after a brief illess and she was age 60 years.
Meanwhile, as mourners arrived at Ebedei precisely at her country home residence and Orphanage home centre for the burial this morning wreaths and cards of sympathy lay on the side of the grave.
At Ebedei Primary School Adonishaka Ebedei were the entertainment was hold, many people were seen discussing the good legacy she (Rebecca) live even when it was observed that tears were seen gushing out from the mourners eyes, thousand of the mourners sharing tears were still praying for her soul.
At her G.B.I Orphanage Centre Ebedei, the Orphans at the centre numbering over 50 were seen weeping uncontrollable.
