Hon Charles Emetulu the immediate commissioner for Energy, Delta State has finally joined the race to Osadebey House in Asaba.
According to information reaching Ndokwa Reporters, the ex Commissioner picked the form at the PDP national office in Abuja on Monday 27 October 2014.
In a text to the Hon Emetulu, to confirm the information he reply with “I have picked the form”
It could be recalled that sometime in the month of September, 2014, he in a statement directed that all forms of campaingan especially in social media platform be put on hold pending when he finish his consultation.
