OBIARUKU/Nigeria: The People of Ukwuani Local Government Area had been told to take the reelection of the state governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, and the election of the immediate past Executive Director, Delta State oil producing Areas development Commission, DESOPADEC, Hon Christopher Ochor Ochor, to the State House of Assembly as a priority project.
Speaking to the people of Ukwuani at two different events, the Executive Director, Social Services Development, DESOPADEC, Dr. Samuel Ossai with the developmental stride of the governor his reelection will be a smooth one, which the people of the area must take into consideration.
“With the developmental strides of the Governor and his voluminous achievements in my constituency and the entire State, it will be a hitch free victory.”
He stated that the people of Ukwuani had grown as an entity, to love the governor.
“We have grown as an an entity in our ethnic nation with the love that His Excellency has shown to us and as such, it is expected that we all should support and vote him en-mass”.
“Governor Okowa has done well and remains one of the best Governors in the Federation, considering his massive achievements within 3 and half years”.
“Supporting and voting for Okowa remains a vote for prosperity and more development in Ukwuani land.”
Also, Dr. Ossai had told the people of Ukwuani that Hon Christopher Ochor is the choice of the party, PDP, and the people of Ukwuani in the 2019 nelection, as he is the chosen one by the party, and he remains the choice of the people of Ukwuani.
He stated that the candidate party had over the years, shown his love for the people of Ukwuani, and had also remained one of the strongest party loyalist in the state.
“We are all aware of the love Hon. Ochor has for Ukwuani which has given him edge over others through his manifesto, developmental strides, political experience and achievements.”
“Hon. Christopher Ochor Ochor is a man who do have his people at heart, a staunch loyalist to the Governor and to the party and with his relationship to the government can attract more projects to Ukwuani, aiding youth engagement, dividends in democracy, security, prosperity and many more”
He reminded the people that Hon Ochor had been tested and tried.
“Hon. Christopher Ochor Ochor has been termed tested and trusted General due to his doggedness and effective service and mostly selfless service to humanity as he is seen more as a servant than a leader serving for the Interest of his people.”
He called on the people to protect their PVC, and vote rightly on during the elections.
“I do encourage you to make sure you get your PVC and vote rightly. Remember your vote is your right and your vote is your power therefore, vote wisely and vote the right candidates.”
