Delta 2023: Otuaro Promises To Build Better, Industrialize Delta If Elected Gov

ASABA/Nigeria: The Deputy Governor of Delta State, and one of the aspirants under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Barr Kingsley Otuaro, has promised to build better, and industrial Delta State if elected the governor of the state in 2023.

The foremost aspirant stated this in Asaba on Tuesday, March 15, 2023 during the opening of his campaign office in Asaba, the state capital.

He emphasized his commitment towards unlocking the industrial potentials of Delta by creating boundless opportunities for all.  Also, the Nigeria’s most loyal Deputy Governor stated that, he would champion the principle of common good.

He added that, this principle of common good will be achieved through the promotion of leadership that is devoid of ethnic sentiments, especially in a multi-ethnic society like ours, Delta State. He said: “It is Delta for everybody and realizing the Delta of our dreams is my ultimate goal”.

According to him, the commendable progress which some refers to in some quarters as ‘phenomenal transformation’ Delta State has  made in the last six years, which he said is a reflection of the great exemplary, noteworthy and much talked about working relationship he had with his  Boss and Principal, the Governor, His Excellency, Senator Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa.

Speaking further on his relationship with his Boss, he stated that he holds the Governor in the highest esteem and had   formally informed him of his intentions and that he will continue to do so in all his decisions and consultations across the State, also that the Governor had given him his blessings.

In the words of Delta Deputy Governor, Barr Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, KBO: “I cannot thank Deltans, members of our great party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), ward leaders, party chairmen, elders, KBO supporters, and volunteers enough for the massive support since the commencement of our consultations visit across the State of which we have covered 23 local governments”.

“In all the 23 local government areas that we visited, it is obvious that the people want to decide forward for Delta”.

“Once again, I want to appreciate all KBO supporters, the clergy, women groups, youth, the press, and everyone for their support, prayers and using their skills and talents for the KBO project from inception to date”.

“As we walk to round up the first phase of our local government consultations, I will be updating you with my plans for an industrialized Delta. I have great hopes the greatness of Delta shall be realized. Thank you and God bless”.
